Do you offer a return policy if I order the wrong size?

We do, however, it may help to consult our size chart before ordering, if you're concerned about this. If it's too late, and you have to return something, simply mail your shirt here:

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

No problem! Simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then choose "Money Order" or "Phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then call us to give your credit card number to a real person over the phone, or send a money order through the mail, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The Aardvarks are BUSY little beavers well...Aardvarks. Our standard turnaround time for every order (even big corporations!) is a minimum of ten (10) business days. Because our web orders often have to be specially printed, they are shipped on the 15th and 30th of each month. We will always do our best to get your order shipped out within just a couple of days, but if it happens to take longer, you can expect your order around the 3rd or 18th, whichever is sooner for you.

First off, try making sure your cookies are enabled, and clear your browser's cache. If you still can't place an order on the website, don't panic! We will gladly take an order over the phone, or you can email us your order information using our handy form.

One of the things that makes Aardvark Tees so special is our originality. Sometimes that means discontinuing designs after a period of time. There are many factors that go into this. Rest assured, we will always have new ideas, and sometimes our old designs come back from the dead!
